My name is Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane FALL. I am a strategic designer and innovation consultant, specializing in human-centered approaches, systems thinking, service design, and behavior change. I am passionate about designing sustainable solutions that place people and their context at the heart of change. For several years, I have been working alongside governments, NGOs, and African startups to tackle complex challenges in health, education, climate, and digital transformation. What drives me? Designing with people, not just for them. Exploring systems, listening to lived experiences, and turning ideas into meaningful action. To me, innovation only matters when it is human, grounded… and truly impactful.
My name is Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane FALL, a strategic designer and innovation consultant based in Senegal. My expertise lies at the intersection of human-centered design (HCD), systems thinking, service design, and social and behavior change communication (SBCC). I work with public institutions, NGOs, startups, and innovation-driven organizations to co-create sustainable solutions to complex challenges across Africa.
For nearly 5 years, I’ve led and contributed to high-impact projects in health, education, climate, youth empowerment, digital transformation, and inclusive entrepreneurship. My approach is rooted in deep listening, contextual understanding, and co-design. I help organizations explore user needs, behaviors, and systems through ethnographic research and participatory processes, and then translate insights into actionable strategies, services, and products that truly resonate with people.
What I offer goes beyond consultancy. I provide a human and strategic partnership grounded in empathy, rigor, and long-term thinking. I support teams at every stage: from early discovery and framing, to prototyping, testing, implementation, and capacity-building.
My mission is to help shape innovation models that are locally grounded, socially inclusive, and systemically impactful. I believe that meaningful innovation doesn’t come from imposing solutions, but from understanding people’s lived experiences and reimagining what’s possible together.
I am also deeply committed to mentoring and capacity-building, especially for youth and emerging leaders across the continent. Through workshops, talks, and one-on-one coaching, I aim to democratize access to human-centered innovation tools and cultivate a new generation of African thinkers, makers, and changemakers.
