Guillaume is a strategic innovation and customer experience leader with over 25 years’ experience spanning financial services, outsourcing, and technology. He specialises in aligning business goals with human-centred design to deliver impactful service propositions, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Guillaume has led innovation governance, coached internal design teams, and launched products using design thinking, lean, and agile methods. Formerly Solutions Director at Fexco, he is also a mentor and board advisor, with a passion for embedding design into strategy and culture. He holds an MBA and executive training in service design and innovation from IE Business School and Wharton.

Guillaume specialises in aligning strategic goals with customer needs through the application of service design, lean start-up, and agile methodologies. He has successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives, developed and scaled innovation frameworks, and designed propositions that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency. His work encompasses the development of governance structures for innovation, the implementation of innovation accounting, and the creation of new digital products and services. He has shaped customer journeys, built on-demand service models, and repositioned product portfolios to achieve clearer product-market fit. His approach is hands-on, collaborative, and outcomes-focused — blending strategy, design, and execution. Guillaume is also deeply committed to developing design capabilities in others. He has mentored emerging leaders in innovation and design, contributed to course development through academic advisory boards, and supported young entrepreneurs through accelerator programmes and mentoring networks. He holds an MBA from Munster Technological University and has completed executive programmes in Service Design Thinking (IE Business School) and Innovation for Growth (Wharton). A regular advisor and speaker on innovation and customer experience, Guillaume thrives on helping organisations deliver measurable impact by putting people at the centre of their strategy and solutions.
