J5 is a human-centered design consultancy founded in 2013 to help organizations create a kinder, more beautiful future by reimagining how services and strategies are designed and delivered. We specialize in working with sectors where people’s lives and well-being are directly impacted such as healthcare, government, and non-profits - and where change requires trust, collaboration, and deep understanding of people and systems. Our work supports institutions that serve entire communities and often operate under complex regulatory, operational, and budgetary constraints. In these high-stakes environments, we help leaders reconnect with purpose, listen more deeply to the people they serve, and co-create practical solutions that are grounded in lived experience and tested in real-world conditions.
