I'm Lee Wilmoth (they/them), a human-centered learning designer, strategist, and facilitator with over 10 years of experience. I hold an MA Ed. in Adult Learning and Development from Portland State University and am a LUMA Institute certified Human-Centered Design Practitioner and Instructor. Through my consultancy, Learn & Work, I partner with organizations navigating change to design user-centric solutions that align business goals, performance needs, and user experience. I’ve worked with remote tech start-ups, higher ed, global consultancies, and corporations. I bring a strong equity lens and deep expertise in human-centered design, adult learning, and facilitation to every project.

With over a decade of experience across startups, higher education, large organizations, and global consultancies, I bring a strong equity lens and deep expertise in adult learning and facilitation. My background includes a BA in Art History from Western Michigan University and an MA Ed. in Adult Learning and Development from Portland State University. I'm also a LUMA Institute certified Human-Centered Design Practitioner and Instructor. Beyond my professional work, I have over 30 years of experience in body-based practices, including dance and performance, and I engage in ongoing studies related to joy, nervous system regulation, and the art and science of scent.
