Currently serving as Director of Design & Digital Products at Accenture Song, Marjo brings a rare combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and empathetic leadership to complex design challenges. With a background that spans renowned agencies such as For The People and Fjord, Marjo has led multidisciplinary teams in shaping customer experience strategies, concepts, and digital solutions for major clients including Atlassian, Rakuten, Qantas, and Optus. Notably, she co-authored a comprehensive App Experience Framework for the Commonwealth Bank, a project that highlights her ability to translate vision into actionable design systems that deliver tangible outcomes.
