I work as freelance project manager for international organisations(EU, UN). As a result of my passion for Service Design, I’ve developed a parallel career in this field, to either run service design projects or enrich my practice as a project manager. The combination of both allows me to bridge the gap between strategy and implementation, leveraging my understanding of how organizations operate to ensure that innovative solutions are not only well-designed but also feasible and impactful in their implementation.
