An alumni of India’s premier design school (NID), Devika started her career in the early 90’s, and has more than 23 years of experience working as a researcher. After spending the first half of her career working as a researcher at Yahoo, Infosys and HFI (Human Factors International), she founded a micro-research consultancy, Anagram Research in 2011. Through Anagram Research, Devika currently leads collaborative and quality-focused research consultation and training for Indian and international clients. Devika endeavors to raise the bar for user research in India by building and strengthening the Indian research community.
About Devika Devika is a user researcher and the founder of Anagram Research. A graduate of the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, she brings over 23 years of experience leading research across technology, consulting, and design environments. In the first half of her career, she worked in corporate settings like Yahoo, Infosys, and HFI, before establishing Anagram Research in 2011 - a micro-consultancy committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality research and training for clients in India and around the world. Devika’s research experience spans diverse geographies and cultures. She has led studies across urban and rural India, giving her deep insight into the socio-cultural fabric of the country. Internationally, she has conducted research in the US, Germany, Russia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
