I am a UX Researcher with 8+ years experience delivering mixed methods user research insights. I work closely with designers, product managers, leadership, and other key stakeholders to ensure that the user perspective is a part of the product from strategy to concept to implementation and beyond. I believe that a deep understanding of the user leads to the best business outcomes, and am at my happiest driving work that surfaces and connects user needs and goals to product strategy.
Most recently, I worked at federal contractor ArcheSys to help drive digital modernization efforts at the IRS and CMS. Before that I worked with the wonderful team at fintech startup Secfi helping employees build wealth with their equity. Prior to that I worked at Udemy, democratizing education at the world’s largest marketplace for online learning and teaching. Before entering the startup world, I worked with the SAP d.studio team building more intuitive B2B enterprise products.
I am very open to connecting with other folks in the HCD space and/or organizations that are hiring, feel free to message me on LinkedIn or via my portfolio site to set up some time.
