He has delivered impactful transformation programs for global brands including GSK, Baxter, Johnson & Johnson, Byton, Ford, Volkswagen, HSBC, RHB Bank—spanning healthcare communications, smart mobility ecosystems, and digital banking platforms. Tay built Dentsu Health China from the ground up, launching AI-driven tools for Alzheimer’s care, unified HCP engagement platforms, and digital wellness innovations like Shiseido’s Beauty Mobility Cabin. At Byton, he led the global digital experience strategy for EV in-car ecosystems, while at HSBC, he led the digital banking platform transformation and shaped cross-border finance and insurance campaigns tailored for China’s market.
